I ran tests on 10 different people, all with varying degrees of success. Of the four Hoodia products we tested, the results were pretty unanimous:

I thought this was just a pitch page, but then I found about a dozen pages like this one with great testimonials. I am glad I ordered. I have used Hoodia Prime for 2 weeks now with awesome results (4 pounds lost the 1st week, and 2 so far this week.) If you're still not sure, you should go watch this video: http://cureyourbody.com/hoodia_prime_by_natures_biology_is_put_to_the_test/
Panda Says:
Nice page and good info. Thanx.
Erik S. Says:
I haven’t tried any of the Hoodia brands listed here. I tried a product called Pure Hoodia and it sucked. - Erik
Jacob Says:
Guys, I know its not listed here, but STAY AWAY from Hoodia H57. I just finished half the bottle and it didn’t work. Sending it back for a refund and ordering me the #1 listed product on this page. Just wanted to let you know that I think H57 is fake.
JFD Says:
Is this better than ephedrine?
Froglicker Says:
Are there side effects to using Hoodia?
LIndsey Says:
Just received my bottles of Hoodia Prime yesterday and wanted to get back on here to let all of you non-believers know that this stuff is the bomb-ass. Halfway through dinner, I just didn’t want to eat any more. If you know me, you know I am all about second helpings. It’s crazy how good this is. I give it 2 thumbs up.
Beth Says:
Ephedrine and Hoodia work totally different. Hoodia tricks your brain into thinking you are full… no jitters or feelings of being super amped up like you’re on speed. Ephedrine I believe hits your central nervous system. When I have used Ephedrine, I always felt like my heart was going to explode. It made for great workouts because I had so much energy, but I was too wired and I could never sleep well, even if I stopped taking it 8 hours before I went to bed.
I don’t believe there are any known side effects with Hoodia, other than weight loss ;-)
Jo Says:
Hi! I wanted to try some Hoodia but I only get a message saying they cant ship to Canada? What can I do? I really need to lose 30 lbs. Anybody?...please help. I wanna get some before they increase the price
Neezerbaum Says:
I don't understand something. I don't think I want something that suppresses my appetite. I don't eat that much, but for some reason, with the little that I eat, I still manage to gain weight on my belly, regardless of the amount of exercise I do as well. Does this Hoodia stuff have something in it, that helps keep your belly down to a normal size?
Potter Says:
Hoodia doesn’t affect your body fat levels. What it does is suppress your appetite and make you feel full all the time so that you don’t feel like eating. By doing this, you eat less calories and if you are eating healthy and doing exercise, your belly should go away little by little. Get yourself a personal trainer if you find that you cant motivate yourself enough to lose weight. Sometimes we think we are doing a ton to lose weight, but until somebody else pushes us, we don’t realize we’re taking it very easy.
Fernie Says:
What happens when you stop using hoodia??? you get the overweight again right??
Lisa Says:
I'm from the UK and I've just tried (another brand of Hoodia...not listed on your site) and it doesn't work. Must be a fake. Have just ordered the Hoodia Prime from the States and I'm hoping it's genuine. Good site. Lisa
PillGirl Says:
he Hoodia doesn’t cause you to lose the weight. It helps you eat less calories. So it has nothing to do with whether you gain back any of your lost weight or not. The yo-yo weightloss subject is too large to go into detail here. Hoodia WILL help curb your appetite so that you eat less. If you have problems keeping your hands from stuffing food in your mouth all the time, then Hoodia is for you.
Shooli Says:
It's really wonderful that I was able to see this site before ordering any of these products. And with opinions from you good people out there to back up my buying it's a lot of burden off the back. Thanks once again B.Lohan and all of you.
FireWife911 Says:
I ordered Hoodia Prime and received it in less than 48 hours! I am trying it today but it's pretty much a win win situation because their website offers a 1 year money back guarantee. I'll let you all know how it's working
Kenny Says:
I have been using Hoodia Prime for two weeks now and lost 9 pounds already!
Jake Says:
Wow Kenny, that is awesome! 4to 5 pounds sounds like an aweful lot of weight to lose per week though.
DENVER Says:
great site! Very informative. THANK YOU!
Hearts97 Says:
I would love to have a guarantee about the product and how do we know these people are not paid to say these nice things about the product, since that does happen, I mean everyone is out for money and will do anything to get it.
Jen Says:
I have been using Hoodia Prime with really good results. I found out about it through this site and now my friends are using it too. I would highly recommend it. I even called in and left a testimonial which they used on their website under the customer reviews section.
Mchester Says:
I have been on the product (Hoodia Prime) for 12 days now and have noticed just a few changes. I don't feel like I have more energy but I have noticed that I don't get hungry like I use to. Actually I don't get hungry at all. Also when I do eat its very little. I have been exercising and watching my diet so we'll see what happens.
Hoodia Review Says:
I appreciate your Hoodia Reveiw. I am interested in a product to cut the amount of food I eat. I will be starting the Hoodia Prime product soon.
Again thank you,
Marc M.
Phyllis Uebelacker Says:
I just got mine in the mail and tried it today. Right now, 3 hours later, I'm still not hungry. We'll see. Can't wait to be slimmer.
Jeff Says:
Not sure if anyone is going to read this, but I have been taking Hoodia Prime for a few days now. Am I reading the instructions correctly, you only take 2 pills per day? If so, it doesn't seem too effective (to me) and was wondering if I should take more?
Just for the record I am 45, and fairly active (I'm into soccer). I'm 6'1, 250. I've tried every diet in the book, including Atkins (which actually worked but is not a long term solution). I admit that I eat too many sweets and was hoping this would "trick" my brain into thinking I was full. One user here said she forgets to eat sometimes, well I promise I don't have that problem!
I guess I'm just really tired of being overweight! I feel crappy and have back problems which I feel is associated with the extra weight I carry. I could whine on and on but I think you get the idea.
Thanks for listening.
Jeff
Belinda Says:
Jeff you are a big guy and perhaps you need a higher dosage than say a 120 pound woman? Did you try contacting the manufacturer to see what they say? People all over the world are raving about Hoodia and there are some good products mentioned here it seems. - Belinda
Bubbleb Says:
Jeff, sorry to hear about that. I am using the same thing and getting excellent results losing about 2 pounds per week. I have also started walking on a treadmill at home for 45 minutes per night before bed while I watch tv.
Speedo Says:
Jeff, you need to be taking 2 pills per serving, THREE times per day, not one time per day. As big as you are, it's not going to do anything once per day. Maybe if you were 100 pounds. Read the instructions on the bottle -- it says 3 times per day.
Kitten Says:
Jeff. I am just gonna point out that yeah you might weigh more, I am actually in the same weight range, I wouldnt change the amount taken unless nothing at all happens for like a month, and even then I would consult a doctor first.
Thanks for the site guys! I have a serious problem with eating, and cant seem to stop, so this looks absolutely perfect.... I am 5'7" and currently weigh 264 and living with a toothpick for a husband can seriously drive a person batty... So I am going to try this!
Cathy Says:
Does this really work?
Angie Says:
I haven't gotten mine yet as I just ordered it yesterday, but it looks like tons of people say it works. Have you listened to these audios? http://hoodiaprime.com/testimonials.php
Bill Says:
Hoodia Prime works. Wife and I both use it.
John Says:
Good stuff
Michelle Yudkowsky Says:
Another website said that the liquids or sprays are better than the pills because of quicker absorption. I like your information on Hoodia Prime, but I'm also considering the Spray. It doesn't appear as though you've tried the spray, but do you know anything about the difference?
Thank you so much.
Michelle
Admin Says:
Michelle, the sprays are just marketing hype. Hoodia requires a loading phase, meaning most people need to take it for 24 to 72 hours before one has enough of the hoodia in their body to actually work. So it doesn't matter if you take it as a capsule or drink it as a spray -- either way you need to get a certain amount into your body before you'll start feeling the affects.
By the way, I have never tried a spray that works. I don't believe any legitimate testing facility has ever tested a spray that works either. I would stay away, personally.
Brigitte Says:
Thxs for the website. I was just curious about what the recommended mg dosage is? I have been cruising around the Hoodia websites & it seems the recommended dosage is around 800mg. I just ordered the Hoodia prime through your referrel, but i originally startrd the Hoodia experiment through a 10 day trial, hoodia gordonni stack 200mg w/other ingredients. I am confused?
Admin Says:
Brigitte, the recommended dosage based on at least one online doctor's article (found at CureYourBody.com) is 1200 mg for the average person, but this dosage goes up or down depending on a few factors such as your weight and whether you are male or female.
Another important factor is the quality of Hoodia that you start with. Some Hoodia products have little to no P57 in them (the active ingredient that is believed to cause hunger suppression), so with those products, you could be taking 10,000 mg and still not feel anything.
Hoodia prime at 1200mg, taken 3X per day, seems to work well for most women under 200 pounds from what I have seen.
Trisha Says:
How do we know this isnt another one of those products that say they will work but they just dont.
Vickie Says:
My question is does this stuff make you feel like you are on speed? I used to take diet pills and now many things make my heart race to the point it worries me. How do these Hoodia products affect your heart, breathing etc?
Admin Says:
Trisha - I am telling you it has worked for me and many others. Other users have posted that it works. Hoodia doesn't work for everybody, so if it doesn't work for you, get a refund.
You should however get Hoodia Prime as the brand if you're going to get something, because that is the brand we are all talking about.
Vicki - Hoodia Prime is pure Hoodia Gordonii, so there are no stimulants to make your heart race. Most other products that add caffeine and other stimulants do it so that you will 'feel' the effects, even if they might not even have real hoodia in them.
Brigitte - I forgot to mention that if your hoodia had all those other ingredients, it was probably crap. Make sure what you get is pure Hoodia.
SMW Says:
I have a question not a comment; do you have to stay on Hoodia after you loose weight? and if not do people have a tendency to put back on the weight?
Dot Bouffard Says:
I am 66 years old with a very slow metabolism, do you think
Hoodia Prime could help me. I would like to lose 100 lbs. Oh by the way I am a female.
TA Says:
I'm a 60 year old former athlete and iinterested in taking off about 20 lbs. I have begun a lifting regiment and walk 4 miles three days a week. All your advertisement is geared toward young, attractive females. Does this stuff work on us boomers as well?
Admin Says:
SMW - Hoodia Prime only suppresses your appetite, so if you stopped taking it and you started eating a ton of food, I would imagine you would gain your weight back. But if you use Hoodia Prime to curb your appetite and you eat sensibly and exercise, you should be fine when you stop using it.
Dot - Hoodia works for most women, regardless of age. Remember though, it is an appetite suppressant, so you should exercise or do something while you cut your calories from not eating. If you're looking to burn extra fat, you should try a thermogenic like Fuco Prime, also by Nature's Biology, the same company that puts out Hoodia prime.
TA - Yes, same response as I just wrote to Dot.
DEE Says:
What i find interesting is that you have not answered the question what is Hoodia's side effects, and i would like to know can a person with high blood pressure take it safely ?
Admin Says:
DEE, I have never read or heard of Hoodia having any side effect or having any effect on blood pressure. You should check with your personal physician though.
Herb Says:
How long do you take Hoodia prime? After you lose the weight you want to lose, then what? Do you have to continue taking this? Do you wean yourself off it? Do you adjust the dose?
Admin Says:
Herb, You can take Hoodia Prime indefinitely. After you lose the weight you want, then you can stop using Hoodia Prime altogether, unless of course you want to control your hunger after you have reached your goal. Some people are able to cut their dosage to half or even one third the normal rate once they have been taking it long term, and still get good hunger suppression effects. Everybody is different though, so you'll need to try it yourself to see.
